We’ll take all reasonable steps to comply with local access and privacy laws, to the extent consistent with legal obligations we have under Australian law, where we are based.
Red Guava also offers the European Union Standard Contract Clauses included in a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that can be found at https://www.cliniko.com/policies/dpa/. This is important for Customers that operate in the European Union or those that are bound to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements. The DPA is an agreement in addition to our standard Agreement that Customers can enter into. Information on how to execute this DPA can be found within the document itself.

Cliniko Pricing
Cliniko clinic management software is free to try for the first 30 days. Subscriptions are then priced according to how many practitioners there are in your practice. SMS messages sent from Cliniko cost an additional 10¢ each. Emails are free.
